Bookings & Payments
All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only once acknowledged in writing by the resort. Tariffs are quoted per room per night and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations
Cancellation and no-show charges vary by rate plan and season. The applicable policy is shared at the time your reservation is confirmed.
Guest Conduct
Guests are requested to respect other guests, resort staff and property. Valid government photo identification is required at check-in for every adult guest.
Liability
River Bay Resorts is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left unattended, or for disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
